Tracy You CPA, CMA, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. At PKFARE since 2017, they act as a Manager, reviewing financial statements for a group of companies globally and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. Tracy also determines internal pricing and R&D capitalization practice and builds budgeting and planning systems.

Prior to PKFARE, Tracy worked at Agropur as an Operations Analyst from 2015 to 2017. Huihui (Tracy) then joined Citco Fund Services in 2010 as an Operations Analyst, eventually being promoted to Senior Operations Analyst in 2013. Additionally, Tracy gained experience as an Information Desk Attendant at Saint Mary's University Students' Association from 2009 to 2010.

Tracy's earliest work experience was at Henggang Apartments Company, where they served as an Apartment Manager and Accountant from 2002 to 2005. Overall, Tracy's diverse background in finance and operations has equipped their with a comprehensive skill set for managing financial statements, internal controls, and budgeting and planning systems.

Tracy You, also known as Huihui, holds an impressive education history. Huihui (Tracy) began their academic journey at Saint Mary's University in 2006 and completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance in 2010. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, they then enrolled at Saint Mary's University once again in 2012 and successfully obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in CMA-MBA in 2013.
