Shivaani Guupta

Shivaani Guupta has work experience as a Technical Content Writer at PKWARE from August 2019 onwards. In this role, they collaborated with internal teams to gather knowledge about the product and documentation requirements. Shivaani was responsible for creating high-quality documentation, including REST API documents, online help, user manuals, and developer guides.

Prior to PKWARE, Shivaani worked at ZS as a Service Delivery Analyst from March 2016 to July 2018. In this position, they coordinated the production of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for clients. Shivaani also resolved production issues and client queries using proprietary software and Atlassian JIRA. Additionally, they handled technical documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Metric Definitions, for reports built using Qliksense and Qlikview.

Shivaani Guupta completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Rajasthan from 2008 to 2011. Apart from their academic qualifications, Shivaani obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2017, and the AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist from Aspiring Minds in September 2014.
