Tait Hamiel, CSPO

Tait Hamiel has a diverse work experience in product management and marketing roles spanning over two decades. Tait is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at PKWARE since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at PKWARE from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining PKWARE, Tait worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Flooid from 2019 to 2021.

From 2009 to 2019, Tait held the position of Director of Products & Services at DigiNotas Inc. Tait'sresponsibilities included business analysis, pricing, strategic alliances, and overall product and marketing delivery. Tait worked closely with clients to optimize interoperability between their systems and collaborated on strategic visions. Tait successfully developed executive advisory councils to align corporate vision with industry leaders.

During their tenure at NCR Corporation from 2004 to 2009, Tait held two roles. Tait served as the Global Services Marketing Manager, responsible for creating inbound marketing material for newly released services and products. Tait also handled go-to-market planning and execution for internal product/service roll-outs. Additionally, Tait worked as the Financial Services Division Alliance Manager, where they fostered relationships with NCR ATM business partners and implemented NCR technologies within their infrastructure or product line. Tait also collaborated directly with large banks for technology implementation.

Tait began their career as a Senior Product Manager at PKWARE Inc. in 1996. In this role, they managed product profitability and marketability, oversaw development processes, conducted training, and handled go-to-market planning and product release. Tait was responsible for designing and maintaining hi-tech data compression and advanced security products for various IBM platforms, contributing significantly to corporate revenue.

Tait Hamiel, CSPO, has a substantial education history. Tait attended Wright State University from 1992 to 1995, focusing on English Language and Literature. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, Tait attended Indiana University Bloomington, studying European History. Tait completed their high school education at Oakwood High School from 1986 to 1989.

Furthermore, Tait has obtained several certifications in the field of cybersecurity. In December 2021, they completed the "Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration" course from Coursera. Additionally, in November 2021, Tait completed the "Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security" course, as well as the "Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks" course, both offered by Coursera.
