The Partner Services Specialist, reporting to the Sr. Partner Services Representative and reporting to the Director of Partner Services, is responsible for supporting PLACE Operators after launch. You are responsible for using excellent, in-depth knowledge of the PLACE toolkit and value offerings. You have a passion for supporting customers and recognize the value of providing prompt and exceptional service to create life-long partnerships. You are a resourceful problem-solver and are comfortable working autonomously. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Become a trusted advisor and resource for our clients, owning their issues to completion.
  • Serve as a resource for PLACE Operators by becoming familiar with the broad range of PLACE systems and tools.
  • Provide consistent, prompt, and warm follow-up with customers to provide memorable service.
  • Reliably execute on opportunities to improve Operator experience.
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions.
  • Adhere to defined Service Level Agreements, maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Contribute to the team’s overall service excellence by sharing best practices. 
  • Seek and escalate observations about areas for improvement in systems and service. 
  • Craft job aids, templates, and troubleshooting documents as needed.
  • Provide support to Sr. Ambassador by executing on solutions, initiatives and strategies for PLACE Operators, as requested.
  • Care deeply about the PLACE Operators and the success of your department, taking ownership and working collaboratively to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Perform all other Operator support duties as assigned.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

  • Skilled with computers, email, smartphones, and web-based tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities.
  • Very motivated by a growth and coaching culture.
  • Must work in the Bellingham office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years experience in Customer Service/Account Representative/Client Care
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office applications.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK 

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed.

Salary- $50,000-$55,0000 DOE
