Leroy A. McConnell has extensive experience in the field of youth work, mental health, and partnership management. With a background in various organizations and roles, Leroy has worked on initiatives to support young people, tackle stigma and discrimination around mental health, and commission high-quality services for children and young people. Leroy has also been involved in programs aimed at rehabilitation and mentorship for young people involved in the youth justice system. With a strong educational background, Leroy holds degrees in Criminology, Youth, Community and Play Studies, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties in Young People.
