Ines Diego Pellon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Ines started their career as an F&B cross trainee at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2011, followed by a position as an F&B trainee at Fassbind Hotels in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Front Office Agent at Hotel Marques de la Ensenada.
In 2014, Ines held two roles - F&B Management Trainee at Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz and Concierge Team Leader at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi. At Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi, they were responsible for providing hands-on leadership to the entire concierge department.
In 2015, Ines worked as an Events Agent at Kendall College, assisting in the set-up and take-down of various events. Ines then joined PUBLIC Hotels in 2016 as a Night Audit, managing night operations and acting as manager on duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Ines joined Placement International in 2017, where they had multiple roles. As a Visa Specialist, they were responsible for handling the final steps before candidates arrived in the United States. Ines then became the Customer Success Department Manager, overseeing customer success operations. Finally, Ines served as the Director of Quality and Operations, managing all aspects of quality control processes, educating executives in other offices, and coordinating communication with all international offices.
Throughout their career, Ines has gained extensive experience in various areas of the hospitality industry, including front desk operations, event management, F&B, and quality control.
Ines Diego Pellon obtained a Diploma in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management from 2011 to 2013. From 2015 to 2016, Ines pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, with a focus on Asset Management, from Kendall College.
