Elena Gianotas

Elena Gianotas currently serves in Strategy & Operations at Placer.ai since September 2024 and has been an investor with The 21 Fund since February 2021, which specializes in seed funding for Stanford GSB startups. Previously, Elena held the position of Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Productiv from January 2022 to August 2024, and served as an MBA intern in Strategy & BizOps earlier in 2020. Prior to Productiv, Elena worked as a Technology Investor at True Wind Capital from September 2017 to August 2019 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included roles from 2014 to 2017, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Elena holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2011-2015).
