Aghyad Alahmad

Aghyad Alahmad is a Co-Founder and Mobile App Engineer at Places since October 2023, focusing on enhancing urban exploration and connection with local cafes, bars, and restaurants. Previously, Aghyad served as a Senior Mobile App Engineer at AlgoDriven from May 2021 to September 2023, managing product development and enhancing user experience. As Co-Founder and CTO at AirTap from May 2020 to May 2022, Aghyad led product design and successfully launched a mobile application. Aghyad's experience also includes roles as a Technical Advisor and Web Coordinator at Startup SBA, a Mobile Application Developer at Tabbaa Kitchens, and an intern at AI Venture Labs. Academic qualifications include a degree in Technical Leadership from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
