Ian Edwards

Ian Edwards is an experienced professional in customer accounts and income recovery, currently serving as the Regional Customer Accounts Manager at Places for People since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Income Recovery Manager at Chorus Homes from November 2019 to August 2023. Ian's expertise in payment advice was developed during tenures as Payment Advice Team Leader at both Anchor Hanover Group and Hanover Housing Association, where Ian served from November 2018 to July 2019 and February 2009 to November 2018, respectively. Ian began a career in management as a Duty Manager at NXEC TRAINS LIMITED, where Ian worked from November 2002 to November 2008. Ian is an alumnus of Stanground College.
