James Anderson is a seasoned professional in the housing and regeneration sector, currently serving as the Senior Investment Manager and Head of Asset Performance at Places for People since July 2018. Previous roles at Places for People include Asset Performance Manager and Pre-Development Manager. Prior to this, James worked as Development and Renewal Manager at Notting Hill Genesis from April 2016 to July 2018, and as Stock Rationalisation Manager at Places for People from 2011 to 2016. James holds a Master's degree in Housing and Regeneration from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completed between 2006 and 2008.
