Tim Weightman

Tim Weightman has a diverse work experience. Tim worked at Places for People from 1997 to the present. In their most recent role as Chief Investment Officer, they were responsible for the strategic asset management of the company's affordable homes and leading the in-house repair and maintenance service. Before that, they served as Director of Assets & Origination and Major Projects Director. Prior to joining Places for People, Tim worked at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing as a Non Executive Director & Customer Service Committee Chair starting in 2023.

Tim Weightman holds an MBA degree from Durham University Business School and a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from De Montfort University.
