Nancy Amune

Nancy Amune has a work experience spanning from 2019 to the present. Nancy started working at Access Bank Plc in March 2019 as a Process Automation Engineer. In this role, they successfully automated over 200 manual processes using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Business Process Management (BPM) tools like Process Maker. This resulted in an 80% reduction in paper-based processes and supported the organization's transition to a paperless environment. Nancy also played a key role in analyzing and understanding business processes, designing automated process solutions, configuring new automated processes, and maintaining solution documentation.

In May 2022, Nancy joined Placester as a Process Automation Engineer. During their time there, they worked on building ProcessMaker processes and screens, implemented API integrations to reduce manual effort, and contributed to the code base of the existing MarTech stack. Currently, they are still employed at Placester as a Process Automation Engineer, starting from July 2022.

Nancy Amune completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Animal and Environmental Biology at the University of Benin from 2012 to 2016. These include being Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Azure Data Fundamentals, an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certified by IBM, and ITIL 4 Foundation Certified by PeopleCert. Nancy also holds the ACIB certification from The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria - CIBN, which was obtained in 2019.
