Tim Blotkamp

Tim Blotkamp is an accomplished engineering and maintenance manager currently at Placon Corporation, overseeing a team of 8+ and responsible for engineering, machine and facility maintenance, security, and tooling for a medical packaging plant. With a successful track record managing significant projects, Tim directed a $15MM expansion while implementing four ISO Class 8 cleanrooms and connecting plant machinery for enhanced capabilities. Prior to Placon, Tim served as a plant engineer at Molding Products and Criterion Catalysts, where accomplishments included leading multimillion-dollar upgrades and capital improvement projects. Tim began their career as a product development engineer at Sekisui Voltek, LLC and has a solid educational background with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and Tri-State University, respectively.
