Isaac Esses is a seasoned procurement and operations professional with extensive experience in global supply chain management. Currently serving as the Global Category Head for Raw Materials at pladis Global, Isaac oversees a £300M spend in flour and dairy commodities, collaborating with key suppliers across multiple regions.
