Rebecca Dobson has a strong background in the food and beverage industry with experience in various roles. Rebecca is currently working as the Supply Chain - Manufacturing Capability Lead UK&I at pladis Global since November 2023. Prior to this, they were the R&D - Product Development Manager - McVities at the same company from June 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining pladis Global, Rebecca worked at ADM as a Technical Regulatory specialist from March 2021 to May 2021. Rebecca also worked at Huel as a Technical Manager from March 2019 to February 2021.

Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Unilever as a Quality Assurance Assistant during their University Placement Year from July 2008 to June 2009, and at The HEINEKEN Company as a Quality Administrator during a University Summer Placement in August 2007 to September 2007.

Rebecca Dobson has demonstrated a diverse range of skills and knowledge in their work experience, contributing to the growth and development of various organizations in the food and beverage industry.

Rebecca Dobson obtained a BSc 2:1 degree in Food Science from the University of Reading, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various areas, including Project Management Training from the Project Management Institute in 2022, First Aid from the British Red Cross in 2021, and HACCP Level 3 from the HACCP System Group in 2020. Rebecca also holds certifications in Food Regulatory from NSF International in 2017 and Food Flavour from the University of Nottingham in 2013. Finally, they have certifications in Wine Spirits Education Trust - WSET - Level 2 from WSET and Sensory Evaluation from Campden BRI, both obtained in 2013.
