Ravi Kallayil

Ravi Kallayil has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. In 1994, they worked as a Sales Manager at Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Senior Consultant at Infosys. In 2000, they became a Project Manager at Sixth Dimension. In 2004, they joined Nike Inc as a Manager in Operations Strategy, and later, from 2006 to 2012, they held multiple positions at Nike India, including Director of Operations, Business Director - Cricket, and Director of New Business Development. In 2012, they transitioned to Nike Inc's Headquarters, where they served as the Program Director for Nike Africa and later as the Head of Ideation for Nike ManRev Innovation until 2020. During this time, they also co-founded a startup called Mirrorwhite Inc in 2014, where they worked as Founder and Investor until 2019. In 2018, they co-founded another startup called Nomafly as the Co-founder and Head of Product until 2020. In 2020, they became a Co-founder and Advisor at ESG Brands. Presently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Plaeto starting from August 2021.

Ravi Kallayil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy & Operations from The Wharton School. Ravi also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prior to their MBA studies, Ravi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kerala.
