Matthew Fiore

Matthew Fiore is an experienced bartender with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Since October 2018, Matthew has been employed as a bartender at Plainridge Park Casino. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Foxwoods Resort Casino from March 2014 to October 2018, also as a bartender. Earlier experience includes serving as head bartender at Sanctuary Golf and Country Club from January 2012 to January 2013 and as a food and beverage supervisor at Seminole Casino Immokalee from 2010 to 2011. Matthew began the bartending career at Mohegan Sun, where employment lasted from 2006 to 2009. Matthew holds a degree from the University of Rhode Island, completed between 1998 and 2002.
