Molly Laughlin Doran

Molly Laughlin Doran, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Operational Strategy Management at Plains All American since December 2021, with previous roles including Damage Prevention Specialist and Public Affairs Advisor (Contract). As the Owner and Co-Founder of Pipe Spring LLC, established in October 2018, Molly leads efforts in pipeline integrity enhancement products, emphasizing integrity as a core value. Prior experience at Plains All American also includes Communications Analyst II, focusing on external stakeholder engagement and public affairs, and earlier roles in communications and pipeline safety management systems. Additional experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Clock Spring Company L.P. and customer support roles at Flocasts. Molly holds a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
