Jennifer Colleran has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2004, Jennifer worked as an Executive Producer/Customer Success at Traffic.com, where they achieved a 100% increase in television clients and a 100% renewal rate. Jennifer also developed expertise in recruiting on-air talent for clients.

In 2006, Jennifer joined NAVTEQ as a Snr Manager, Customer Success, Broadcast TV. Jennifer achieved a 90% client retention rate and strengthened relationships with clients. Jennifer was later promoted to Snr Director, Sales & Success, Broadcast TV, where they defined a viable strategy for TV affiliations, negotiated group deals, and managed the P&L.

In 2011, Jennifer became the VP of Sales and Business Development, Television at Radiate Media, where they built lasting client relationships and identified unique needs to deliver real-time data and graphics solutions.

From 2012 to 2019, Jennifer worked at The Weather Company, an IBM Business. As VP, Broadcast Media Sales, Americas, they excelled in introducing technologies and processes to empower staff. Jennifer also led a team through the IBM acquisition and oversaw the three highest revenue generating quarters in the company's history. In their role as Snr Director, Sales and Business Development, Traffic and News Solutions, they introduced a fully-integrated Traffic and Weather System product and achieved Field Leader status within two years.

At IBM, Jennifer held various roles from 2019 to 2022. As Global Alliances and Strategic Partnerships, Watson Media & Weather Business Solutions, they worked with strategic partners and global systems integrators to drive brand portfolio sales. Jennifer also managed the relaunch of the Global Alliance with EY and developed programmatic frameworks for go-to-market solutions in various domains and sectors.

Most recently, Jennifer worked at Skillsoft as the VP, Global Alliances and Strategic Channel Partnerships. Jennifer focused on expanding indirect sales revenue and exceeded growth targets by focusing on top partners. Jennifer also coordinated integration efforts post-merger and built relationships with key partners.

In 2023, Jennifer will join Plainsight as the SVP of Sales.

Jennifer Colleran attended the University of Pennsylvania where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Philosophy. Jennifer also obtained the IBM Agile Explorer certification from IBM.
