Britt E.

Britt E. has a strong background in human resources with various roles and responsibilities. Britt began their career in 2012 at ERV Group, where they worked in human resources development until 2015. In 2016, they joined insparx GmbH as an HR Manager. Britt then moved on to PLAION in 2017 and progressed from HR Manager to Head of HR, and currently holds the position of Director, HR starting in January 2023.

Britt E. earned a Systemische Ausbildung zum Personal & Business Coach from Campus am See | by Cary Buraty in 2022-2023. In 2012-2015, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Psychology from Hochschule für angewandtes Management. Prior to that, from 2008-2012, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Cultural and Business Studies at Universität Passau. In 2010-2011, they also studied International Cultural and Business Studies at Universidad de Málaga.
