Nichole Vasquez

Nichole Vasquez, CTA, serves as the Area General Manager for Plamondon Hospitality Partners, overseeing both the Residence Inn Frederick and TownePlace Suites, in addition to managing six Marriott's Classic Select hotels in Frederick and Hagerstown. With extensive experience in hotel management, Nichole has held multiple roles including Lead General Manager and General Manager at various Marriott properties, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and guest services. Since 2013, Nichole has also been an Independent TIPS Instructor, providing certification classes on responsible alcohol service. Education includes Dale Carnegie Training in 2014, enhancing leadership and communication skills.
