Muni Naidu

Muni Naidu has extensive experience in network engineering and customer support within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Network Engineer (ISP) and Network Operations Center Analyst at Plan B Limited since June 2020, Muni Naidu previously worked at Vodafone New Zealand from June 2007 to May 2020. Roles at Vodafone included Contact Center Solutions Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed provisioning and maintaining the telephony platform (Genesys) and supporting call recording (Verint), as well as developing performance monitoring tools using PowerBI. Muni Naidu also held the position of Service Assurance Tier2, providing high-level support and fault resolution across various platforms, including DSL and VOIP, and managing customer router systems. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at TelstraClear from June 2004 to June 2007.
