Maria Sol Castro

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was demonstrated during a tenure as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
