Tom Kudlacz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 2012 as a Fulbright Scholar at the Fulbright Commission. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Client Service Representative, supporting global custody clients and later as a Senior Client Service Representative, where they traveled to Luxembourg to analyze processes and improve selected procedures. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Client Service Supervisor, managing a team of account managers and representing the company during client visits and service reviews. Additionally, Tom has experience in freelance translation and interpretation, providing Polish language services in court and community settings. As of 2022, they are working as a Project Management Officer at Plan.Net Group.
Tom Kudlacz began their education at Clemson University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from 2007 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Jagiellonian University in 2012 and 2013 to pursue Polish Language Studies. Although they did not obtain a degree from Jagiellonian University, it contributed to their educational background.
In addition to their formal education, Tom Kudlacz has also obtained several certifications. These include the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, obtained in August 2022, the Prince2 Agile Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in May 2021, and the Communication Foundations, Enhancing Your Productivity, and Note-Taking for Business Professionals certifications from Lynda.com, obtained in September and October 2019. Furthermore, they have also acquired the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2017 and the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2021.
