Drew O'Meara

Drew O'Meara is an accomplished software developer with extensive experience in leading development projects across multiple platforms. Currently serving as Lead Developer for both plan.tools and PLAN Systems, Drew O'Meara specializes in Unity and Go-based platforms for secure AV streaming and communication, deployed on macOS, Linux, Windows, iOS, and Android. Prior experience includes co-founding SoundSpectrum, Inc., where Drew O'Meara led the development of multi-platform music visualization software. Drew O'Meara's earlier career includes service as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing personnel and overseeing nuclear reactor operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University and training in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Transformation Lab from Wright.
