Justin Alicea

Justin Alicea has had a varied work experience. Justin began their career in 2014 as a Sales Specialist at Kohl's Department Stores. In 2017, they became an Environment Health Safety Intern at DSM and then an Utilities Intern in 2018. In 2019, they were a Project Management Intern at DSM, where they cooperated with plant engineers to formulate preventative maintenance documents and spare part numbers for new plant machinery, assisted in finalizing financial documents to close out the Capex for finished products, and conducted training for new employees. In 2017, they also became a Resident Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, where they supervised a group of upperclassmen residents while providing enriching programs to improve college experience, enforced strict rules set by Pitt while working with a diverse team, and engaged in nightly safety inspections to ensure students are compliant to university policies. In 2021, they became an iXp Intern - Procurement Operations Specialist at SAP Ariba, and in 2022 they became a Client Support Manager at Planalytics.

Justin Alicea attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies.
