Manuel Garcés Motiño

Manuel Garcés Motiño has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Manuel started their career as an Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola at Manuel y Lucas Garcés S.L. from September 2010 to February 2013. Manuel then worked as an Asesor and Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola at INGGEO S.L. from April 2013 to March 2014. Following that, they served as a Tecnico Comercial at Agrifluide from October 2013 to March 2014.

In 2014, they joined PLANASA and held multiple roles, including Responsable comercial Ajo y Espárrago from April 2014 to December 2016. Manuel then became a Product Manager Ajo y Espárrago from January 2017 to August 2018, where they had cross-functional responsibilities in marketing, R&D, operations, and sales, focusing on ensuring profitable business development. From August 2018 to May 2022, they served as the EMEA Garlic & Asparagus Business Director, responsible for strategic management and operations in the region. Additionally, they held the position of EMEA Head of Product Rubus from May 2019 to January 2021. Currently, they are working in PLANASA as the EMEA Blueberry Nursery Commercial Director, managing the commercial aspects of blueberry nurseries in the EMEA region.

Manuel Garcés Motiño completed their education with a Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola y del Medio Rural degree from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in the field of study of Ingeniería agrícola. Manuel also pursued a Curso Especializado Product Manager from ESIC Business & Marketing School, specializing in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines.
