Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia, SPC has over 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and supervision. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Field Supervisor at Foster Farms before transitioning to the role of Senior Human Resources Supervisor-PHR from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Oscar holds the position of US Director of Human Resources at PLANASA since 2019.

Oscar Garcia, SPC attended California State University, Fresno from 2007-2010, where they earned a degree in Animal Science with a focus in Production Management.
