Charlotte Pearl is an accomplished entrepreneur and author with extensive experience in various creative and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Founding Shareholder at planD since April 2024, Charlotte also operates as a self-employed creative professional under bycharlotteactually since September 2017. Previously, Charlotte founded and held the positions of Managing Director and Creative Director at Pink Lining from April 2001 to October 2016, overseeing product design, business and marketing strategies, sales, and communication management. Early career experience includes roles in journalism and sales at Condé Nast's Vogue House and as an Account Manager at Yellowdoor, working with notable figures in PR. Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Exeter and attended Ouldingham School.
