Frederic Linfjärd has been working in the field of marketing for over ten years. Frederic started their career as a store manager for Twist and Shoutlet, where they were responsible for sales, budget, and marketing. Frederic then moved on to Capture One, where they were Head of Commercial Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for growing Capture One's e-commerce business by leading the strategy and process of innovation, experimentation, and optimization. Frederic also created a flexible and strong churn prevention and win-back automation engine. In January 2021, they became Head of Growth for DrugStars. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all growth initiatives and ensuring that the company meets its growth targets.

Frederic Linfjärd's educational career includes a B.A. (Hons) in Business Management with a focus in Marketing from Dublin Business School, a Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing from IHM Business School, and a Certificate in Graphic Design from NTI.
