Amy McMichael

Amy McMichael has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Amy started their career in 2000 at HSBC, where they worked as a Business Risk and Control Management Analyst. In this role, they managed testing cycles, completed testing of transactional metrics, and provided walk-throughs and report-outs to consultants, compliance, and business areas. Amy then progressed to become a Unit Manager in different departments, including Disbursements, Reage/Restructures, Collections, and Finance/Bank Reconciliation. As a Unit Manager, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, coached and supervised teams, monitored daily activities, and trained staff. In 2017, Amy joined Planet Home Lending, LLC as AVP Enterprise Risk, where they are responsible for vendor management and risk and control analysis.

Amy McMichael received an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from ETI Technical College in 1997. Amy then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2008.
