Chris Joles

Chris Joles has an extensive work history, starting in 2003 as a Researcher & Graduate Teaching Assistant at Central Michigan University. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Nationstar Mortgage as a Loan Officer/REO Asset Manager/Manager in Training. Chris then moved on to Targetbase as a Senior Marketing Analyst in Strategic Business Analysis from 2008 to 2010. Afterwards, they joined Fannie Mae as a Team Lead Alternative Dispositions - Senior Business Analyst from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Nationstar Mortgage as the Vice President Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Credit Risk. Following that, they joined BizTraffic as a Business Success Officer from 2008 to 2013. Chris then worked at Pacific Union Financial, LLC as the Vice President Risk Management from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Finance of America. Currently, they are working at Planet Home Lending, LLC as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise and Credit Risk.

Chris Joles attended Delta College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained an Associates degree in Pre-engineering. Following that, they attended Saginaw Valley State University from 1998 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology. Chris then pursued further education at Central Michigan University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Experimental Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Chris Joles obtained the Adwords Fundamentals certification from Google in March 2017.
