Kris Reynolds

Kris Reynolds serves as the Chief People Officer at Planet Innovation since January 2015 and is the Managing Director and Founder of Let's Talk Career, a company specializing in career transition, outplacement, executive coaching, and various HR advisory services since July 2012. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Organisation Development Manager at Nufarm, Head of HR Business Partners for Australia at National Australia Bank, and General Manager of Human Resources at Zoos Victoria. Kris has also contributed as a Board Director at Kangan Batman TAFE and served in HR management positions at Invensys and Continental PET Pacific. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Leadership from the University of Southern Queensland, a Postgraduate Diploma of Business from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Swinburne University of Technology.
