Jen Gussman

Jen Gussman is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Planet, Jen manages a team of nearly 30 high-performing Customer Success Managers and drives strategic initiatives focused on retention and expansion of business accounts. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at Catalyst Software, where Jen coached aspiring Customer Success Leaders, and Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Hearsay Systems, overseeing a $26M ARR while managing strategic accounts. Additional experience encompasses critical roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Deutsche Bank, where Jen managed client solutions and advised premier corporate clients. Jen holds a degree in Spanish from California State University, Chico.
