John Hopkin

John Hopkin is an experienced professional specializing in program management, business development, and operations within various industries, including defense, technology, and engineering staffing. Currently serving as the MDA Account/Program Manager at Planet since July 2024, John has held key leadership roles as the Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Greystones Group, where innovative solutions for the US warfighter were developed. Additional roles include serving as a volunteer Duty Officer and Government Operations Liaison for the American Red Cross and Director of Business Development at SGC LLC. John’s background also includes extensive experience in account management with Aerotek and Aston Carter, as well as earlier work as a counselor for juvenile delinquents. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
