Ricardo Rios

Ricardo Rios is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical roles within the aerospace and defense sectors. Since May 2016, Rios has held various positions at Planet, including Director of Customer Success, USG Program Manager, and Technical Account Manager. Concurrently, Rios serves as an Officer in the US Navy Reserve since May 2018. Prior roles include Solutions Engineer & Technical Sales at Harris Corporation - Space and Intelligence, and Systems Engineer & Field Service Representative at Exelis - Geospatial Systems, with a notable deployment in support of IAS systems in Afghanistan. Rios began their career with internships at Telephonics Corporation and EWR Weather Radar Systems. Rios holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
