Joanne Faliveno

Joanne Faliveno has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as the Administrative Coordinator at Planet Networks, Inc. since December 2016, where Joanne facilitates daily operations and communication among technicians and clients. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of Customer Service Manager at Thorlabs Inc. from February 1996 to December 2012, overseeing a team of 18 in a high-volume call center and contributing to the successful launch of the company's first web order system. Additionally, from 1985 to November 2000, Joanne worked in customer service at Isolatek International.
