Project And Business Development Manager

PLANET S.A., a leading consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project and Business Development Manager to support and expand its portfolio of projects in the Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste Management sectors. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong project management capabilities, along with proven experience in business development activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of infrastructure projects in water management, wastewater treatment, and/or solid waste management from planning and design to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery, in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to the development of the company’s client base and market presence in relevant sectors.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk analyses for prospective and ongoing projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and community representatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficiency and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, finance, legal) to ensure integrated project support and to optimize project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the water and waste management sectors to inform strategic planning and project execution.
