Damien Fearn

Damien Fearn has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Damien started their career as a 1st Team Performance Analyst at Doncaster Rovers FC from 2007 to 2009, where they developed skills using SportsCode Elite, Prozone Matchviewer, iMovie, and Sony Vegas. Damien worked closely with players to provide feedback on their performances and deliver team and positional feedback to larger groups.

After that, Damien worked as a 1st Team Performance Analyst at Scunthorpe United FC from 2009 to 2010. In this role, they further strengthened their skills using various analysis tools and felt more involved in the club's backroom staff. Damien had more responsibility and freedom to use their work to benefit the club.

Damien also worked as an Assistant Performance Analyst at Prozone Sports Ltd in 2010. Damien was responsible for data collection and analysis during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Damien also compiled reports for analysts at Premier League and Championship football clubs and collaborated with the head referee analyst. Damien used Sony Vegas to create video compilations summarizing referee performances.

In 2010, Damien joined Football Radar Ltd as a Premier League Football Analyst. Damien watched live games, analyzed and rated players and teams, and developed an understanding of betting markets and strategies. This role enhanced their attention to detail.

Most recently, Damien has become the Director of Betting Product at Planet Sport in 2022, where they lead the betting product development.
