Greg Shannon

Greg Shannon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Greg started their career as a Plant Manager at Ryan Coffee Company, where they significantly increased production output. Greg then joined Pacific Cheese Co., where they held various roles, including Director of Operations, Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, and Director of Manufacturing. During their time at Pacific Cheese Co., Greg successfully turned around an underperforming manufacturing facility, improved key performance indicators, and implemented cost-saving measures. Greg later joined ICE AGE MEALS as the Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for market expansion and developing new products. Greg then held the position of Vice President of Operations at Miyoko's, a revolutionary vegan cheese manufacturer. Most recently, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Endless West, a San Francisco-based food tech startup. Currently, Greg is working as an Independent Executive.
