Somporn Kumphong M.D.

Somporn Kumphong, MD, serves as the Senior Vice President at AACI America since June 2020, holding multiple roles including Trainer for ISO 9001:2015, Acute Stroke Care Clinical Certification Surveyor, and ISO Lead Auditor, among others. In addition, Somporn is involved with the Global Healthcare Accreditation Program as an Executive Director for Asia-Pacific and an instructor for the Certified Medical Travel Professional program. As President of HCG®️International since January 2009 and a Local Representative for various organizations, Somporn brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, quality assurance, and patient safety, supported by a robust educational background that includes postdoctoral degrees in Health Administration and Quality Control. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Vejthani Hospital and various advisory positions in healthcare development and standards.
