Anita L.

Anita L. has worked in various accounting positions since 2004. Anita began their career as a Cash and Sales Coordinator at Jamba Juice Support Center in 2004. Anita then moved to Novogradac & Company LLP in 2006, where they held the roles of Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Supervisor, and Manager, specializing in financial statement audits and preparation of tax returns for not-for-profit organizations. In 2011, Anita moved to The Siegfried Group, where they held the roles of Manager and Senior Manager. In 2015, they joined PlayStation, where they held the role of Senior Manager, Accounting and was selected by Executive Leadership amongst accounting professionals across all Sony companies globally to participate in the 2017 Global Accounting Leadership Program. In 2018, Anita joined GitHub as Director of Accounting and Senior Manager of Accounting. Most recently, Anita joined PlanetScale in 2021 as Controller.

Anita L. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Legal Studies and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Anita also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
