Iheanyi Ekechukwu

Iheanyi Ekechukwu has over nine years of professional experience in software engineering and development. In 2011, they began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Notre Dame. Iheanyi then served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Cooperative Computing Lab in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they held two internships at IBM, first as a Software Developer Intern and then as a Software Engineering Intern. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at IBM Watson. Iheanyi then joined DigitalOcean in 2016, where they worked as a Software Engineer II and then a Software Engineer I. In 2018, they joined GitHub as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2020, they joined PlanetScale as a Senior Software Engineer and Kleiner Perkins as a Scout.

Iheanyi Ekechukwu attended the University of Notre Dame from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Graphic Design.
