Caroline Kelly

Caroline Kelly has a diverse work experience in people operations and office management. Caroline started their career at Betts Recruiting in 2018 as an Office Manager, responsible for various tasks to ensure a smooth office operation. Caroline then moved into different roles within the People Operations department, serving as a People Operations Coordinator, Business Partner, and finally as a Manager. In 2019, they became a People Operations Manager at Betts Recruiting before transitioning to Planful in 2020. At Planful, they initially worked as a Manager in People Programs and later progressed to a Senior Manager role. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Director of People Operations at Planful.

Caroline Kelly pursued a degree in Business & Law at University College Dublin.
