Kala Grant

Kala Grant has a strong background in customer success and implementation. Kala began their career at Prophix Software, where they held roles as a Learning Specialist and Sr. Business Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Kala then moved on to Vena Solutions, serving as a Customer Education & Product Training Specialist from 2017 to 2019. Kala joined Ada Inc in 2019 as an Implementation & Adoption Consultant before transitioning to eSSENTIAL Accessibility in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working at Planful as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager since 2021 and recently became a Regional Director of Customer Success in 2022.

Kala Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in International Business from McMaster University. Kala has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as sales, customer success management, empathy for sales professionals, web design accessibility, and agile foundations.
