Eva Mobacker

Eva Mobacker has a wealth of experience in the legal field. Eva started their career in 2006 as a Corporate Paralegal at Fried Frank and a Candidate Manager at Robert Walters. In 2007, they joined White & Case as an Associate, where they advised on acquisitions, corporate governance, and employment. In 2008, they were General Counsel and Board Member at Web Guide Partner, where they were part of a successful online affiliation industry. From 2012 to 2017, they were General Counsel and Board Secretary at Tradedoubler, providing services to companies in 18 different jurisdictions. In 2018, they were a Lawyer at Synch and successfully led the firm's privacy group through the GDPR entering into force. From 2019 to 2021, they were Chief Legal Officer at Hero Gaming, where they navigated a number of market changing regulatory changes and managed the transaction of the Swedish sites being sold to Paf. Currently, they are VP Legal at Planhat, building the legal function to scale with the business.

Eva Mobacker completed their LLM in Law (Specialising in Employment) at Lund University from 2001 to 2006. Before that, they attended Kalmar University from 2000 to 2001, studying Analytical Chemistry and Psychology. Her educational journey began at Polhemskolan from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Natural Sciences.
