Hannah MacLeod has over 10 years of experience in customer success and account management roles. Hannah began their career in 2011 as an Account Manager/Client Service Executive at CRU, where they were responsible for providing the first point of contact for all client issues and researching account needs. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Client Experience Specialist/Account Manager at eFinancialCareers, where they managed and maintained relationships with financial sector recruiters. In 2016, they took on the role of Business Growth Consultant at Swipii, where they were responsible for researching given regions for sales opportunities and creating their own sales pipeline. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as Head of Customer Success at Homeflow and then as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Paymentsense. In 2020, they became Head of Client Success UK and Senior Client Success Manager at Searchmetrics. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Planhat.

Hannah MacLeod attended Oxford Brookes University from 2007 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Hannah also attended Reigate College.
