Nicolette Troiani received their Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Missouri State University from 2006 to 2010. In 2019, they began taking courses at Trailhead by Salesforce. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in March 2021, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in November 2020, Hatchbuck Partner Certification from Hatchbuck in April 2019, Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot in September 2020, and Public Relations from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
