Anel Koucka

Anel Koucka currently serves as the Global Director of People, Culture & Talent Management at Planhotel Hospitality Group, a role held since November 2021, overseeing operations across Europe, the Indian Ocean, East Africa, Asia, and the Maldives. Prior to this position, Anel held the title of Group Director of Human Resources at Crown & Champa Resorts from September 2018 to October 2021. Anel's experience also includes serving as the Cluster Director of Human Resources at Savoy Resort & Spa Seychelles and Coral Strand Seychelles from August 2016 to September 2018, and as the Area Director of Human Resources at Interstate Hotel & Resorts from June 2013 to May 2016, focusing primarily on Marriott Hotels.
