Heath Dhana

Heath Dhana has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Heath started their career at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge as a General Manager in 2004. Heath then moved on to African Albida Tourism, where they served as a Regional Director from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they joined African Hotels & Adventures as the Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they became the General Manager - Northern Circuit at Elewana Afrika Ltd. Heath subsequently took on the role of Director of Operations at Elewana from 2014 to 2021, where they directed operations for numerous properties across Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Medical Investments Limited. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations - Kenya at Planhotel Hospitality Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing large teams and consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Heath Dhana has a diverse educational background. In 1979, they began their education at St. Georges College in Harare, Zimbabwe, where they pursued their "A" Levels in History & Economics. Heath completed this program in 1984. Following this, from 1985 to 1987, Dhana enrolled in the International Correspondence Schools and obtained a Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management.

In 2008, Dhana attended the American Hotel and Leisure Association and became a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA). The obtained date for this certification is not provided.
